Chronicle Codebreakers: Unraveling Tales in Monthly Writing Hackathons
I love this idea. What a great way to get everyone writing and provide the company with a binge bank of knowledge. I have always advocated for folks to write online. That can be on the internet or intranet.

I received an interesting response from someone who worked at Incident.io, “We see so much ROI that we run monthly content days for the entire company, getting everyone to draft posts we publish gradually over the next month.”
This is a great way to communicate and really work on critical thinking. Getting feedback from friends and co-workers makes you a better writer and thinker.
I'm going to suggest this idea again, and maybe this time have a body of my own work to show for it.
