I think you wanted this post to go under the Docker blog post – but the answer to your question in I don’t think you can just get Kitematic as a standalone.

Comment on Get More Done With Objective and Key Results (OKR) by Johan Formgren https://virtuwise.com/objective-key-results-okr/#comment-18 Mon, 07 Nov 2016 09:31:29 +0000 https://virtuwise.com/?p=115#comment-18 I would just add to this video that there are some parts of it that is a bit out dated – at least to my experience of implementing OKRs projects the last 3 years in Sweden.

The Individual-, Team- and Company OKRs setup can create a lot of confusion. You end up with measuring three different things, or forcing alignment to measure the same thing (thereby killing individual motivation). A more successful approach is to set OKRs solely on the individual level, and then let each individual connect each OKR to a “Focus Areas”. The focus areas should not include metrics, because the measurements of progress should be solely coming from the key results.

This also creates really cool visuals on how we, as a team and enterprise, are tied together around focus, from our top level focus, all the way out to each individual.

(disclaimer: I run http://www.itsinthenode.com – an OKRs tool)
