There is a great podcast that I found on iTunes called How to Start a Startup. For those of you who are more visual, they also have a YouTube channel (…This is my preferred method). This podcast, is loaded with leaders from Silicon Valley, sharing insights and advice on how to build your startup and how to navigate the waters. There is a wealth of information in the videos, slides and supporting documentation.

Some of the speakers are Ben Horowitz, founder of Andreessen Horowitz, Aaron Levie, Co-Founder of Box, Marc Andreessen, Founder of Andreessen Horowitz, Ron Conway, Founder of SV Angel, Parker Conrad, Founder of Zenefits and many more.
